These terms govern your use of this website, which Affinity Search Partners operates. If you use the site, you accept them.

The site explains the recruiting services we provide. Nothing on it is an offer to enter a contract. Any engagement with us runs under a written agreement signed by both parties, and where that agreement and this site disagree, the agreement wins.

We may email professionals whose roles connect to the services we offer. Anyone who would rather not hear from us can reply and say so, and we stop. Our privacy practices explain the details.

Diagrams, boards, charts, checklists and figures that appear on this site or in any sample it links to are illustrative sample data. They do not report results for any client and do not promise any outcome.

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, try to reach parts of it or its systems without permission, probe or scan it for weaknesses, or copy its content by automated means.

The text, graphics and logo here belong to Affinity Search Partners or to those who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. Rights in work we carry out for a client are set by that client's written agreement.

The site links to our main website at affinitysearchpartners.com, including its contact page, and loads its typeface from the Google Fonts service. Those services are run under their own terms, which apply when you use them.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express or implied. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or employment advice.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

If your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our resulting losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Tennessee law governs these terms. Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration held in Williamson County, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where the law does not permit arbitration.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remainder still applies. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. Together with our privacy practices, these terms are the whole agreement between us about this site. When we revise them, the date at the top changes.
